1-story renovated office building for local tax and accounting firm.

Angus-Young worked with Hagen CPA to analyze the accounting firm’s initial space needs, providing schematic plans, code analysis and feasibility options for a potential renovation. Following this programming study, a 600 SF addition was added to this existing 1-story wood-framed building. The project included the gutting and renovation of the entire facility, in both the interior spaces and the exterior façade. A waiting area, conference room, porch area, employee break room and various office spaces were incorporated in the renovation.
