30,000 sf renovation of historical foundry building into a contemporary office for a technology company.

The Rakuten corporate office is a renovation/ buildout project in Beloit, Wisconsin which converts a historic ironworks foundry building into modern and contemporary office space. The office features an open floorplan, several meeting rooms, coworking spaces, conference rooms, and a large dining and relaxation room. Several of the meeting rooms are elevated on internal mezzanines, taking advantage of the high ceilings. The overall design goals were focused around providing multiple areas for collaboration, and space to remove yourself from your everyday workstation.
