Angus-Young worked with North Central Health Care on a comprehensive redevelopment of the Wausau campus – including a new, 4-story 96-bed Skilled Nursing Tower. The tower concept consolidates nursing operations on the campus, reducing the overall square footage of the facility it replaces, while improving the proximity of care services. Each patient room is accompanied by a private bathroom and shower, and a kitchen and spa are located on each floor. Amenities include a beauty shop, gift shop, lounges, outdoor areas and walking paths, and an in-house pharmacy.
