Lamphouse is a mixed use building consisting of Residential and Commercial space.

The residential makeup of the building is 101 Units divided between Studio, 1, 2, and 3-Bedrooms. The commercial space is broken up between three sections ranging between 3,400 square feet and 4,700 square feet. Amenities include a welcoming Lobby, Meeting Room, Coffee Bar, Covered Bicycle storage, Storage, Covered and Open Vehicle Parking, and Rooftop Recreational Space.
