This project is an addition / renovation of the corporate headquarters for Charter NEX Films located in Milton, WI.

Angus-Young provided full services on the project, including architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, site/civil, interior design and FFE. The interior features a clean, modern aesthetic with full-height glass walls for the executive offices and an open lounge space where employees can work, collaborate and share a meal.

One of the focal points of the building is a board room that can seat 18 at a glass-top table. Back painted glass is featured in the furniture throughout. Exposed ceilings, unique ceiling clouds and metal accents complete the contemporary design.
