We are currently looking to add an Administrative Assistant to our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and facilitating the day-to-day tasks that keep our organization running efficiently.

This includes: scheduling meetings internally and externally, greeting clients and visitors to our office either by phone or in person, ordering and maintaining office supplies, the ability to communicate effectively, and coordinate with various internal departments.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This flexible, part-time role offers the opportunity to work remotely while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and communications. We are able to offer full-time hours during the summer and part-time during the school year.

What You’ll Do

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll collaborate with our team to:

  • Develop and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and project sheets
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Assist with website updates and digital content management
  • Design visual content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Photoshop; Illustrator is a plus)
  • Support the coordination of proposals and qualifications packages

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Has experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign and Photoshop required)

We are currently looking to add a Structural Designer/ Engineer to our growing team. The role is focused on applying industry standards to perform calculations and create structural construction documents.

This includes: calculations, drawings, coordinating with in-house mechanical, electrical, and architectural team members in accordance with industry standards to produce construction documents, computer modeling of structural systems, and site visits to evaluate existing structures.

The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in engineering with a structural emphasis or 5 years’ experience of structural design of buildings.

We are currently looking to add a Project Manager/Architect to our growing team. The role is focused on managing projects of various building types, from concept to completion.

This includes: coordinating and overseeing the design team, project team, estimating and maintaining project budgets, contract understanding, and construction documentation as needed.

The ideal candidate will also have professional experience designing in Revit. We are looking for someone who has managed their own projects from start to finish. This could be for small or large scale projects. The candidate would be responsible to learn to write proposals.

We are currently looking to add a Lead Civil Design Engineer to our growing team.

This person will lead our civil engineering department as we recently restructured our Civil and Landscape Design teams. We are currently running with three Landscape Designers and no civil designers. We are looking for someone to lead the design/project management/business development of our civil department.  The role is focused on site, stormwater, and erosion design.

The role is focused on: site, stormwater, and erosion design. Also, the development of design concepts, calculations and reports, producing effective and high-quality drawings and specifications, and supporting projects throughout construction as they progress.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 3+ years of civil design experience
  • Civil 3D experience (preferred)
  • Stormwater modeling (nice to have)
