Angus-Young worked with project partners to design a replacement facility for Dewey’s Towing service in Beloit, WI. Based on a pre-engineered building structure, the building featured a combination of exterior finishes. Featured on the first floor of the 11,400 SF building is a storage overhang and entrance canopy. The building interior included three auto repair bays, four large vehicle storage bays, and large vehicle maintenance bay, a 1,730 SF equipment and storage mezzanine, as well as offices and support spaces for equipment servicing. Site improvements for the 2+ acre project site included paved driveways and parking areas; gravel storage yards; security fencing with motorized access gates; storm water management system with ponds; sidewalks; site signage; and site lighting. Civil engineering was provided by Batterman Engineering.
