adaptive reuse of existing 3-story 1865 building into restaurant, wine bar, and patio.

This project is an interior renovation of a former sports bar into an Italian restaurant and wine bar, that was created as a way to honor the owner’s late mother, Genisa, along with the Italian side of the family’s heritage. The restaurant features a wine display feature in the center of the space, dark wood tones with an elegant tile wall, a chef table experience at the pizza bar, and a large outdoor patio connected with sliding glass doors. Original limestone walls were exposed during construction, and quickly became a feature. All the food is prepared in a authentic Italian tiled “brick oven.”
